About me:

Robin Silver, MA, is an ecopsychologist, mindfulness instructor, and death doula. She began studying mindfulness at a 3-day long retreat in July 2011 at Guang Jue Monastery in Zaoxi, China, and has been exploring mindfulness and other meditation modalities ever since. Robin’s work comes from the belief that we must tend to our psychological, emotional, spiritual, and ecological bodies as much as our physical body.

She is informed by her formal education, 5+ years work experience in the mental health space, and an eclectic breadth of trainings and retreats undertaken around the US, Mexico, and Asia. She studied Thai Massage and tok sen at the Thai Massage School and Wat Pan Whaen in Chiang Mai, Thailand in January 2020. She holds an MA in Ecopsychology and mindfulness instructor certification from Naropa University (2023), where she wrote her masters thesis on using ancestral practice and nature connection to overcome fear of death.

    Death Doula/Grief Support

    Ritual Design

Rituals help mark change, create meaning, and support transformation during significant life moments. We can collaborate on finding ways, big and small, to commemorate and integrate your rememebering and renewal.

    Psychedelic Guidance

Using methods based in rites of passage theory, I help clients craft a core intention for their journey. This takes clients through the threshold, helping them release what is ending and step consciously into what is emerging. This is followed by integration support.

    Earth Connection

I teach earth-based practices that deepen connection to the natural world as a source of grounding, belonging, and resilience.

About the work:

Milky way

My work is rooted in the understanding that the life path is shaped by threshold crossings: moments of ending, followed by the processes of reorienting and identity shifts. Grief, death, and change are not problems to be fixed, but sacred initiations to be tended. Drawing from earth-based traditions, ritual, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, I help people create containers for these transitions— spaces where what is dissolving can be honored, what is uncertain can be held, and what is emerging can be met with care and intention.

All of my work is trauma-informed, consent-based, and paced to the nervous system. I don’t believe in pushing catharsis or forcing insight. Instead, I offer steady companionship, practical tools, and simple, meaningful practices that support regulation, choice, and dignity—whether we are working with grief, life transitions, ritual, or reconnection to the living world. My role is not to lead you somewhere, but to walk with you as you listen for what your own life is asking.
